Terms and Policies

Cancellation policy:

New memberships are billed at the beginning of each month. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE USING OUR CANCELLATION FORM IN PERSON. ASK A STAFF MEMBER FOR A CANCELLATION FORM. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the remainder of the month regardless if those classes have been attended.

Our coaches spend an immense amount of time outside of the classes tracking your child’s progress and keeping it up to date on the back end. We are working extremely hard to provide a fun-filled, safe, positive experience, and environment for your children. This will help us focus on growth in our curriculum and your children. We are extremely excited about the future growth of Twelve Gym and are thankful for each and every family that is a part of Twelve.

Billing policy:

There is an added sales tax to every purchase. New student memberships are billed monthly. The bill will go out on or around the first of each month. Notifications for failed payments are sent via email. If after 3 notifications (through email, admin call, or instructor conversation) a member does not correct a failed payment, either by signing into their RhinoFit student portal or by calling the gym, their membership is subject to termination.

Closures:

The gym will be closed on all major holidays and notice will be posted on social media. The gym will also be closed the week of July 4th and the week of Christmas for facility maintenance and upgrades. If there is a need to close early for inclement weather we will try to notify students scheduled for classes that day, as well as, post notice on social media.

  • Always leave sweaty and with a smile on your face.

Coach/Athlete boundaries:

At Twelve Gym we pride ourselves on being a fun and safe place. We would never want your child to feel that their personal boundaries were invaded in an unsafe way. Please explain to your ninja that there will be times when a coach may have to touch a part of their body. This will happen during times of helping an athlete reach an obstacle or during a time when the coaches are spotting an athlete. The coach should explain what is happening prior to the “touch” and will do their best to make sure the child is comfortable first. However, we are human and this might slip the brain from time to time, so please, just know that all the coaches are trained and certified and do everything in the best interest of the child to keep them safe.

Member/Staff/Gym Communication:

The best way to get in touch with someone at the gym is to email us at ninja@twelvingym.com or send us a Facebook message on our Twelve page. Although we may not be available to respond right away, we will do our very best to return all emails and messages within the same day. Of course, you can always call us at 270-766-9583 and leave a voice message. We will call you back shortly.

Please do not individually message a team member at the gym… more than likely it will not be answered.
